All jewellery pieces are subject to availability.

Product images are for representation purposes; slight variations in color, stone placement, or design may occur due to lighting and handcrafted detailing.

Weight of jewellery may vary slightly due to manual craftsmanship.

Gold and silver jewellery prices are based on prevailing market rates at the time of billing.

Making charges and GST are applicable as per government regulations.

Full payment must be completed before delivery of the product.

SKJ accepts payments via cash, card, UPI, bank transfer, and approved finance schemes (if applicable).

All gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked as per Government of India standards (where applicable).

Customers are encouraged to verify purity and invoice details at the time of purchase.

Exchange and buyback are subject to company policy at the time of return.

Original invoice is mandatory for exchange or buyback.

Stones, making charges, and wastage charges may be deducted as per policy.

Customized or special-order jewellery may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Orders once confirmed may not be canceled after processing.

Advance payments for custom designs are non-refundable.

Minor repairs may be provided free within a limited period (as per policy).

Damages caused due to improper handling are chargeable.

Stone replacement charges are applicable if stones are lost after purchase.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary for custom orders.

SKJ is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

SKJ Sri Kaushiki Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.

Customers are advised to store jewellery safely and insure high-value items.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
